"5,000 deductible on home owners insurance on 6200.00 in window damage caused by the wind storm. Not happy! Now paying for the windows out of pocket. Not going to have my insurance increased for 1200 bucks. Every couple of years we should all evaluate our homes replacement costs in case of a major loss. When the insurance company charges you a 1% deductible of your home owners insurance coverage you soon find out that the deductible is more than most claims you might ever make. As the cost of construction goes up so does your premiums and your deductible. The home owners lose all the way around."

"I been with State Farm from many many locations around the US from being retired military. So I have experienced many offices. I have never had an office that was not nice, considerate or rude to me. Everyone has to pay the high prices of all the insurance companies to protect ourselves, but I have alway used State Farm. Luckily I have never had to make a claim besides a deer or misc. I’m 68 and happy with all the offices. Now I’m retired and settled in Mt. The office in Plains, Mt that I used for the past 15 yrs is awesome and now making changes because of there staff also retiring and I think the new staff is going to also be just as great with there updating to more easily accessibility. Thanks"
